Yesterday, I did it. I really did it. While my husband’s beloved Patriots were busy winning the Super Bowl, I made the world’s best nachos. Melt-in-your-mouth carnitas? Check. 2+ pounds of shredded cheddar and jack cheese? Check. Homemade roasted garlic guacamole? Check.
I was inspired by (and loosely followed) Bon Appetit’s recipe for Nachos with All the Fixings. And let me tell you, it was the perfect game day snack. Salty, cheesy, and simply delicious!
