I’m hungover, I’m still full, I reek of bonfire, and I’m smiling to myself. My family spent the weekend at my parents’ farm and threw a Louisiana-style crawfish boil—a seafood extravaganza complete with fresh shrimp, corn, potatoes, boudin sausage, and more crawfish than I’ve ever seen in my life. The food was delicious. The conversation hilarious. And the company… simply the best.
